Wilton Method Course 4 - Fondant and Gum Paste

It's been 1 year and 6 month since I got this Certificate....Now I have the time to upload this picture because I forgot where I put it...hahaha....silly me...nyanyuk already...below are the pictures of cake that I made for the final course....Its chocolate fondant and pink lace with pink fantasy flowers and little white daisies....

Birthday cake for Princess Yumi Marina

Yumi Marina is my cousin....we had a surprise birthday party for her at San Francisco Pizza Restaurant........The birthday cake was also a surprise....The plan was made by her mother, my tante......It was an ad-hock decision to make the cake......so I made the cake looks like a cake for a princess with simple pink and white theme....and put a small crown on top of the cake.....gladly everybody loves the cake.....

Victorian Sandwich

I baked this cake at my MIL house cause I know she loves this cake......I'm using Martha Day recipe...its spongy and buttery...the fillings is strawberry pie fillings...and dust with icing sugar...simply delicious :p

My French Macaroon

Today I bake French Macaroon and cupcakes to sell at Bazaar Ramadhan starting tomorrow.......I was so happy that my macaroon FINALLY become a macaroon...it was my 4th try.....Alhamdulillah.....except for my red velvet cupcakes...today it was not something that I expected....
Tomorrow will be the 1st day of Ramadhan....I'm wishing all of my muslim friends...happy Ramadhan Al Karim.....may the force be with us in this fasting month :-D
